Closed-Loop Process
At Green Sleep, we meticulously deconstruct mattresses that are sent into us to extract valuable materials such as foam, springs, polyester and fabric. We treat the better materials and items to bring them back to first class conditions in order to then be reused in the manufacture of new mattresses.
Those materials that are deemed not perfect or good enough to go into new mattresses are then baled and sold to other businesses for manufacturing new products. This closed-loop recycling process not only reduces landfill waste but also conserves natural resources, making a significant positive impact on the environment.

No, we accept mattresses of all sizes and weights.
Your mattress is transported to our facility, where it is inspected, segregated and then either processed through refurbishment in order to return it as a perfectly functional mattress or if necessary, broken down and recycled into separate materials like foam, fabric and steel.
